Arxis’ Project Management team is able to support its partner throughout both the management of the project and the observation of the agreed time and costs.
In order to achieve our goals within the agreed time and costs, Arxis offers our partners a long-time experienced team of experts, able to take account of project risks that only a well-established cognitive experience can enable you to better address.
Over the years Arxis has consolidated the project Arxis Academy, in order to respond the market demands of the main IT areas.
We are able to create methodologies and training courses for our partners in order to improve and increase their know-how, from beginners to advanced training courses.
Our training offer is always customized according to our partner’s contest and needs; this way we are able to provide an effective education service, as both specific training activities aimed at project completion or “permanent training” for your IT staff.
Arxis teachers are themselves involved in qualifying and certifying courses allowing them to be always up-to-date following the market demand, particularly in areas such as SAP, ORACLE and Microsoft landscapes, methodological and computer security, Data Base and Virtualization.
Coaching has become a widely used term in all fields; for Arxis only its etymological meaning is important: “coaching is a partnership relation established between the coach and the customer in order to help the latter to obtain optimal results”. Loyal to this principle, Arxis has supported different partners through personal coaching sessions aimed at: goal definition/achievement, development and calculation of infrastructure investment returns, team coordination, management and investment strategies in IT related areas.
Through systematic courses we have developed dedicated sessions for our partners; the purpose is to provide an innovative contribution to optimize our customers’ commercial and investment strategies in IT related areas.
Another goal is to enrich these sessions with brainstorming activities with various actors of the educational field through periodic group meetings, reserving some time for individuals meetings when necessary.
Our coaching techniques are specially aimed at results rather than at problems in order to help people to build a “METHOD” allowing them to improve their performance and to develop new thinking strategies.
